I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who helped us get the radiator we wanted, in the colour we wanted.  I know it must have been as frustrating for you as for us, but I was delighted with the level of service you gave us.  It was so refreshing to be kept in the picture throughout.  You will be pleased to know that I still love the colour and it matches everything perfectly – it was worth the wait.
