Gosh, I wasn’t expecting such a prompt response. Particularly on a weekend!

I look forward very much to the arrival of my new radiator. I only wish I could have had more but I’m sure it will look stunning in our new kitchen/diner.

Just to let you know that the radiators arrived today in excellent condition.  Many thanks to you and the team for all of your assistance (and for the extra protection you added to the packaging!).  It has been a real pleasure to work with you.

Once again I am very very happy with the radiators. They look great and I think they’re a great product. More than that I can’t tell you how much my wife and I appreciate the level of service, the quick and helpful communication and the overall professionalism and care shown by you and your team thus far.

My husband and I came across the Feature Radiators website when we were researching suppliers for the renovation of our house back in 2010. The service that we received from everyone at the company was excellent, right through from receiving technical advice to ensuring delivery in time, everything was perfect. It meant that when we came to needing to replace another radiator the first supplier we thought to contact was Feature Radiators and once again we have received excellent service. In particular Jason was very courteous and prompt at contacting me regarding availability of parts for the radiator we were ordering. From both experiences of using Feature Radiators we would have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them again if we ever need new radiators. 

You may recall that I purchased 2 Etonian radiators in Farrow and Ball Olive colour. Thought you may like to have some feedback.
Having recently installed the 2 radiators, you may like to know that they look ‘stunning’ in their setting. They are of an outstanding quality both in design even having the details of the castings, of a solid robust construction and have that ‘look’ of an authentic period piece. In attention they are ‘fit for purpose’ as give off a very good amount of heat.
The plumber was most complimentary to have such precise pipe measurements, as he had anticipated to take a day to install not just the 2 hours!
Hasten to add, everyone that has come into contact with the radiators are very complementary of the workmanship.
The whole process has been most positive, right from the start of understanding radiator options, the order process, all the way through to the delivery service in which I was kept updated as to anticipated eta on the day.
Can you please pass on my sincere compliments to your team. 

Whenever I have occasion to contact your company I am always impressed by the bright and friendly attitude and you seem genuinely interested in helping your customers both new and existing.

And some words from a young fan who visited our showroom…

Heaters heaters they are warm and cosy, you can put them in your house and it will make the house nice and snug. There are heaters all different shapes and sizes, circular, square, triangular and cylinder. They can be big, small, medium sized and titchy.

You can paint them or put stickers on them. You can get all different colours, pink, blue, black, gold, silver, green, orange, rosey red and lilac. You can have them horizontal and vertical! You can have old ones and modern ones. You can have ones that you can hang your clothes on. You can have ones that can put things in and you can even sit on some ones. You can get ones that are mirrors and you can get ones with lights in or on. Heaters are great!

My heating installation is all done, bar actually connecting the gas and water.
The guy doing the work said that whoever he spoke to at Feature Rads had been very helpful about how to join the radiator that was in several parts, so thanks again. I can’t fault the service you’ve provided and would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone.
The Bordo rads are exactly right for the house – not too old-fashioned but more in keeping than standard rads.
